- You can configure VAT codes in HubSpot and link them to the Exact Online VAT codes. This ensures that VAT is recorded correctly.
- You can link your products directly to the correct general ledger account.

A major advantage of Chargebee is the ability to connect multiple Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and accept payments via wire transfer. However, processing these payments can be difficult, as PSP payouts are usually done in batches and invoices are not automatically settled with sales entries in Exact Online. To solve this, we have expanded our Chargebee connector with our MConnect and Stripe connector. This automatically processes PSP payouts with the outstanding sales entries in Exact Online.

Another advantage of the Chargebee connector is that it is possible to register invoices paid through the bank in Chargebee. This helps streamline the payment process and manage billing.

Chargebee itself offers a direct HubSpot integration, enabling data import from Chargebee into HubSpot. However, this integration does not always work in every situation. That’s why we developed this new update.

We’ve created a connection between Chargebee and HubSpot, giving you easy access to subscription statuses. This means employees no longer need to switch software or log in separately—they can view subscription data directly in HubSpot. With our update, subscription data such as Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), status information, and subscription details are automatically synchronized to the customer record in HubSpot. Our MConnect is being discovered by more and more companies every month! With MConnect, Mollie transactions are automatically matched in Exact Online!

Processing Mollie transactions correctly is very cumbersome. You may recognize the following points:

1. Mollie bank transactions are not automatically matched by Exact Online. Because the bank transaction is not coming from the customer. In addition, you often receive a payment batch of several Mollie transactions and the invoice amount and the payment do not match. In practice, this means that employees have to log in to the Mollie account and then reconcile the paid invoices one by one.

2. Mollie processing must be transparent and verifiable. This is an explicit wish of administration and accountancy firms. With the above method, this is very cumbersome. The processing is done in several places in the accounts, so it is difficult to check.

3. Processing the Mollie invoice is also cumbersome. It must be booked, but has already been paid.

Based on user feedback, we have released a new version of MConnect. It has two new features:

1. generating an audit file. The first reactions are promising!;

2. matching the Mollie invoice! So you only have to enter the Mollie invoice and the MConnect module does the rest.
