Which new features does this update include?

- HubSpot invoices are automatically processed in Exact Online, including the corresponding PDF invoice, so you have all the information in one place.
- You can configure VAT codes in HubSpot and link them to the Exact Online VAT codes. This ensures that VAT is recorded correctly.
- You can link your products directly to the correct general ledger account.
- The payment status of an invoice in Exact Online is automatically synced with HubSpot once it has been paid.

**Update: Our Chargebee Connector Now Includes a HubSpot Integration** 

With our new integration, key subscription data from Chargebee is automatically visible in HubSpot, ensuring that teams are always fully informed without switching between systems. This allows employees to respond to customer inquiries faster and more effectively, with all relevant data directly available on the customer record in HubSpot.

- You manage subscriptions in Chargebee, but your team works in HubSpot daily.

Chargebee itself offers a direct HubSpot integration, enabling data import from Chargebee into HubSpot. However, this integration does not always work in every situation. That’s why we developed this new update.

We’ve created a connection between Chargebee and HubSpot, giving you easy access to subscription statuses. This means employees no longer need to switch software or log in separately—they can view subscription data directly in HubSpot. With our update, subscription data such as Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), status information, and subscription details are automatically synchronized to the customer record in HubSpot. With this module from Denovit, all customer data is immediately updated from Pipedrive to Exact Online. So you only have to enter data once. This saves time, for both commercial and administrative employees.

So not only when entering new but also existing customer data such as company name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and contact persons, this data is immediately copied.

We are therefore also an official app partner of Exact Online! We are now busy getting our other apps in the Exact Online app store as well. More updates about this will follow soon!
