With this new update, you no longer need to manually sync HubSpot invoices with Exact Online. Keep your financial administration error-free and up-to-date.
Which new features does this update include?
- HubSpot invoices are automatically processed in Exact Online, including the corresponding PDF invoice, so you have all the information in one place.
- You can configure VAT codes in HubSpot and link them to the Exact Online VAT codes. This ensures that VAT is recorded correctly.
- You can link your products directly to the correct general ledger account.
- The payment status of an invoice in Exact Online is automatically synced with HubSpot once it has been paid.
