Every software has a number of core functionalities in which it is strong, but also has limitations. Sometimes a software package has some functions that overlap other software, but usually these are not very extensive. It would of course be very nice if you could make this process simpler.

Automated manual dunning in Exact Online?. It can be done manually, so that's what you do, usually this works fine if it only concerns a few invoices.
